Levan Hotel - Phu Quoc

The hotel boasts spacious, comfortable and clean rooms with beautiful views of the surroundings. the location is fantastic, brimming with a myriad of restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Guests also have access to a gym that offers an array of equipment and a pleasant view.

Better trained staff would enhance the experience.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. Breakfast had a great selection of delicious food and the hotel facilities were fantastic. We loved swimming in the rooftop pool and working out in the big gym. The location was perfect - close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do.

The hotel had good room service and a decent pool area. The location was also convenient, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

During the Christmas period, the hotel did not have any festive decorations or events. The staff seemed uninterested in providing warm hospitality and rarely smiled.

Spent my Easter holiday in a hotel that had great amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool and clean gym. the staff were welcoming and willing to suggest local beaches and restaurants for us to explore. the hotel was located in an area that was in walking distance to various restaurants and shops. Another advantage was that our room was spacious and well ventilated.

The breakfast lacked variety and wasn't appetizing. Some of the staff members lacked customer service skills and didn't seem to be willing to assist us when we had questions.

The location was perfect, lots to do and see within walking distance. The hotel was clean, newly renovated, and had a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were excellent, with a big gym, rooftop swimming pool, and spacious rooms.
